SunSetter Products is committed to offering you the best possible prices on selected outdoor, deck and patio products. We will not be undersold. If you find a better price within 30 days of your purchase, we will match that price and refund you the difference, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

 

Claims for refunds in accordance with the SunSetter Price Guarantee program must be made within 30 days from the original order date. Before calling to place a claim you must have the following ready:

 

1. The item and model number (identical brand and model number to the one you purchased from SunSetter Products)
2. Advertised price (including shipping and handling and taxes)
3. Retailer name (or URL address if an online site), location and phone number

 

The product and price:

 

• The Price Guarantee applies to products carefully selected from other manufacturers by SunSetter Products and sold to you by SunSetter Products.
• Product advertised must be an exact make and model of the one you purchased from SunSetter Products.
• Product must be advertised as new (not refurbished or reconditioned) and in its original packaging with all of its accessories.
• Competitive advertised price must be in effect at the time of filing a claim, and product must be in stock at the competitive retailer, ready for shipment for the price currently advertised.
• The price considered will be the total price (including shipping and handling charges, taxes, gift certificates etc.)

 

The competitive retailer must be:

 

• An online retailer with offices or stores in the continental US, or
• Brick-and-mortar retailer with stores in the continental US.

 

Price guarantee does not apply to:

 

• Prices advertised for closeout or clearance items
• Prices advertised by membership clubs or their respective websites
• Prices advertised or offered by auction sites
• Prices advertised in error due to typographical errors
