But for just $129 you can "extra-size" your awning to our Model 1000XT, that unrolls a full 10 ft. 2 in. out from your house - for more shade, more rain protection, and more room for furniture and guests underneath. Both models are available in widths from 7 ft. to 20 ft. Our Motorized Model, a lateral-arm awning with a full 10 ft. 2 in. projection at a touch of a button. Our VISTA model - a manual lateral-arm awning; simplicity with a full 10 ft. 2 in. projection. Both the Motorized and the VISTA models are available in widths from 10 ft. to 18 ft. And we offer a freestanding model, the 10 ft. x 16 ft. SunSetter Oasis, that can be placed anywhere there is a stable, level surface.

Unlike most other awnings, a SunSetter XT can be installed with a mounting height as low as 6 ft. 8 in. under overhangs and gutters. Since each support arm can be raised and lowered independently, you can still have enough pitch on either model to let rain run off.
