but manually operated. It works with a simple hand crank (included). Available in both Woven Acrylic

The Model 900XT - a budget-conscious manually operated model with
support arms and a 9 ft. projection -- plenty of coverage for most uses. In widths

But for just $129 you can "extra-size" your awning to our Model 1000XT, a larger version of our Model
900XT that unrolls a full 10 ft. 2 in. out from your house -- for more shade, more rain protection,

Unlike most other awnings, a SunSetter XT can be installed with a mounting height as low as 6 ft. 8 in. under overhangs and gutters. Since each support arm can be raised and lowered independently, you can still have enough pitch on either model to let rain run off. We also have special kits available that let you mount your awning to your overhang or in front of your gutters for extra height. Just call us for details.
