Available in five models: The Model 900XT projects 9 ft. out from your house - plenty of coverage for most uses. But for just $129 you can "extra-size" your awning to our
Model 1000XT, that unrolls a full 10 ft. 2 in. out from your house - for more shade, more rain protection, and more room for furniture and guests underneath. Both models are available in widths from
10 ft. to 20 ft. Our
Motorized Model, a lateral-arm awning with a full 10 ft. 2 in. projection at a touch of a button, available in widths from 10 ft. to 20 ft.
Our VISTA model - a manual lateral-arm awning; simplicity with a full 10 ft. 2 in. projection, available in widths from 10 ft. to 18 ft.
We also offer a freestanding model, the 10 ft. x 16 ft.

Unlike most other awnings, a SunSetter XT can be installed with a mounting height as low as 6 ft. 8 in. under overhangs and gutters. Since each support arm can be raised and lowered independently, you can still have enough pitch on either model to let rain run off. We also have special kits available that let you mount your awning to your overhang or in front of your gutters for extra height. Just call us for details.
