First, let's confirm your remote is set to the correct channel

 1. Your motor is preset to channel 1.
 2. Click Channel Selector Button
   repeatedly until the first light on the
   left blinks (This is Channel 1).
 3. Test for proper operation.
 4. If light does not blink, try changing
   battery.
