Try your SunSetter Awning and any accessories for 90 days.
You may return any SunSetter purchase for any reason during the first 90
days starting with your product ship date, provided it has not been
subjected to owner abuse or to excessive wind or water pooling on the
canopy. You must notify our Customer Service Department by calling
1-800-670-7071, Mon-Fri., 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (EST) before returning any
purchase. Once we have sent you a Return Authorization Form, you can
return the product within the 90-Day period. Upon receipt and inspection of
the product, we will refund your product purchase price or the amount you
have paid toward it on your specific payment plan less shipping charges. The
product must be shipped in its original packaging, according to
instructions. Any damage due to improper packaging will be the
responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Return freight charges will be deducted from the refund
amount. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
