SunSetter Motorized Awning

The ultimate in convenience and elegance, the SunSetter Motorized Awning opens and closes with one touch of a button, using a powerful electric motor hidden inside it. (It requires an electric outlet nearby in which to plug in the awning’s electric power cord.) An optional remote control is available. Unlike the Model 900XT or 1000XT it has no vertical supports.

Projection: The 10' and 11' wide Motorized SunSetter project out from your house up to 9 ft. (adjustable) . All others ( 12' to 18' wide) project up to 10 ft. 2 inches .
Vertical clearance: Can be installed under eaves and overhangs as low as 7 ft. 6 in.

Model 1000XT

The Model 1000XT is our most popular manually-operated model. It opens and closes easily by hand, using a simple hand crank mechanism. It features support arms for strength and stability. These support arms can be rested vertically on the deck or patio floor, or angled back against the house wall.

Projection: The Model 1000XT projects out from your house a full 10 ft. 2 in.  The only difference between the Model 1000XT and the Model 900XT (shown below) is size. The Model 1000XT gives you up to 23 more sq. feet of shade and projection than the Model 900XT for just $99 more. It’s the first choice of most SunSetter owners — a “Best Buy.” Vertical clearance: Can be installed under eaves and overhangs as low as 7 ft.
Available widths: 7 ft to 20 ft, in one-foot increments.

VISTA Lateral-Arm Awning

The VISTA Awning is the manually-operated version of the SunSetter Motorized Lateral-arm awning. It opens and closes easily by hand, using a simple hand crank mechanism. It is the right choice for those who like the lateral arm awning design (with no vertical supports) and do not need motorization.

Projection: The 10' and 11' wide VISTA awnings project out from your house up to 9ft. (adjustable). All others (12' to 18' wide) project up to 10ft. 2inches.
Vertical clearance: Can be installed under eaves and overhangs as low as 7ft. 6in.

Model 900XT

The Model 900XT is our most economical manually-operated model. It opens and closes easily by hand, using a simple hand crank mechanism. It features support arms for strength and stability. These support arms can be rested vertically on the deck or patio floor, or angled back against the house wall.

Projection: The Model 900XT projects out from your house 9 ft.
Vertical clearance: Can be installed under eaves and overhangs as low as 6 ft. 8 in.
Available widths: 7 ft to 20 ft, in one-foot increments.
