customers visit us at our factory in Malden, Massachusetts. We can show you
the value and quality of our awnings and products and answer any questions you
might have.

don’t forget to stop by. Our factory showroom is located approximately 8 miles
north of Boston, at 184 Charles Street, in Malden, Massachusetts 02148 and is open from 8:30 AM till
5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Directions
From Interstate 93 take exit
32 (Route 60 Medford/Malden.)
Go East on Route 60 toward Malden for approximately
1.8 miles.
Take a right onto Commercial Street (MTBA train station will be on your left).
Follow Commercial Street to the first set of
lights (one block) and take a left onto Charles Street.
SunSetter Products is located
on your right, at the corner of Charles and Commercial Streets. Our visitors’
parking is the first lot on your right.
